Cancellation policy

At B.I.E.L., we want your shopping experience to be simple and transparent.

Purchase Options

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (if enabled), and other payment methods offered at checkout.
• Full payment is required at the time your order is placed.
• Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or request a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not started.

After the 24-hour cancellation window:

• Pre-order items cannot be canceled, as production materials and manufacturing may have already been scheduled.
• Ready-to-ship items that have entered processing or have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns or damaged items.
